Order came very quickly and easy COD. It’s a little different but still reminds me of the real cheese made from dairy. Very good taste and great on pastas. If you are looking for a basic cheese to add to your recipes then this must have for Vegans in Japan.

乳アレルギーの子供のため購入しました。
チーズ好きな私が食べても美味しいと感じる味で、
今まで食べさせてあげることができなかったピザやグラタンなど食べさせてあげることができ、子供も私もとても嬉しいです。
乳が主原料な食べ物はほぼ諦めていたので、チーズの代わりになるチーズ、有難いです！

息子が大きくなってからアレルギーになってしまい、困っていました。乳製品だけでなく大豆、小麦もということで手作り勉強中ですが難しいです。久しぶりに好物のチーズ料理がつくれて嬉しいです。ありがとうございました。

ビィーガンになってから、初めてこのような形でチーズをたべました。奥さんとともに、初めは 疑心暗鬼で、全く持って信用してませんでしたが、驚く事にチーズでした。味も完璧です。
必ず、リピートしますので、宜しくお願い致します。

もし、可能ならホワイトチーズにも挑戦して欲しいです。

Hi. Sorry to reply in english but i surely would not be able to express well in japanese.
We'reabsolutely loving the cheese. It melts perfectly.It tastesexactly like the cruel dairy one. As a vegan for almost8 years this was the best cheese ever and what's missing in japan as we bought expensive english sheeze or used nutritional yeast and homemade.
We could use the slice version too. Just an idea.
The margerine is delicious just a little expensive but we understand vegan food requires quality and unconventional ingredients.
We really hope to see more vegan food such as sausages. Whipped cream and meats.
